Thanks for treating us to that wonderful sound on the Bb again. It adds a sonorousness to this etude that is just wonderful. Beautiful work on this, all the way through right down to that delicate last note.

Wonderful. I really like your approach to this one.
Are you transposing from the trombone book?

Nope - playing from the trumpet book, though I don't recall if I transposed this one from the printed key I will do that to make sure my transposition does not get too rusty.

Hello all,
It takes a real special human to transpose on the fly...And to switch gears from piece to piece, especially when you are changing keyed trumpets. Much respect for you symphony players. I know just enough to be dangerous to myself and others!!!

This time I became aware of something that obviously has been a major part of your playing - the tenderness - coupled to that delicate use of power.
And I should add indulgence! Not just a sequence of notes but a piece of work by a man who truly enjoys playing - communicating.
Such "Sweet inspiration"! Please carry on!

Just when I think I have heard it all, you come up with something really stunning like this one. This was marvelous from the effortless sounding runs to the delicate notes. You really got at the emotive content of this one. Do you think in emotive terms when you are preparing of playing these, or is it just the natural feeling you get from the music?
There is a truly creative aspect here that really sets your playing apart on a piece like this.

Edit: This comment was meant for 211. Sorry about that.
