Oh, yeah, I can never forget that skit. I saw it first on some show in the 60s and then on shows like Ed Sullivan, The Tonight Show and what not. I laugh my ass of every time I see it .

Don't be fooled by Pete's comic approach to the trumpet, he actually was a hell of a good player.

I saw a bio of him. In high school he was a statewide champion percussionist, and ran two accordian schools of his own. I love the way he plays piano....great touch and style. Guy's a serious musician and really funny cat...

That's the first thing I ever saw him do....on the Tonight Show. I fell off my chair....
