I saw this last night and thought it was great!

One of my favorite parts was hearing Doc talk about his fitness routine. Cameras join him in his kitchen mixing up his health drinks and in the gym with his trainer lifting weights and doing planks for his core strength.

He is a veritable Fountain of Youth. He looks like he could be in his 60s instead of his 90s, and he still sounds great.

The special is long, detailed and fascinating with lots of details about his personal and professional lives. I recommend it highly.
