This should not be considered a medical question (I hope).
How do I search for broken neck in all Forums?? "broken neck" still yields 100s
of non-consequential results.

I understand your frustration. About a week ago "LittleRusty" posted this tip: search using Google with "site:trumpetherald.com topic/key words".
Haven't needed to post questions that have been answered a dozen plus times since.
