Hi Folks;

Next semester I am starting to play the Eb trumpet and Piccolo trumpet.

In the past I played most of the 'standard' trumpet solos on Bb or C. (classical music)

Just wondering if there is a book or website for download, which has most or all of the 'standard' trumpet solos for Eb trumpet.

This is the place: https://imslp.org/wiki/Main_Page

Haydn, Hummel, Neruda for Eb (and more), Almost every major piccolo trumpet piece also available. You will need to know the complete titles and identifying materials (such as the K, Opus, etc.).

Hopefully, this is of benefit!

I'd like this too, or just a list. I have books of excerpts and of course there's all of IMSLP but it's hard to suss out what excerpts are written for—or commonly played on—Eb trumpet. (Maybe because there is no such thing—individual orchestral musicans choose different horns for the same excerpts.) I try to hit every horn every day or two but the Eb usually gets put on "practice transposition" duty.

Haydn Hummel Neruda. Sachse. Petrouchka (maybe).
