Emailed ACB a few weeks ago and have not received a response. Anyone else experiencing this? Should I email again? |

I would suggest calling them. I know they were closed for a week or two sometime recently and it may have been lost in the shuffle. That being said, I have ordered several things when I call, the people working there are nice and helpful and informative. Every time I order something, I end up getting it within 3 days. |

We usually email people within a few hours max when we're open so we might not have received your email. Email me directly at trent@austincustombrass.com and I'll forward to the staff. Calling 816-410-0826 is always the best way to reach us and we usually call back in a few minutes if not answering immediately.
Let me know if you have any other questions we can help you with. We're not open today but open up at 9 tomorrow.

Trent and ACB are incredibly responsive - I am an extremely pleased customer.
As a small business owner I can say that things out of the realm of control can and do happen - my spam filter clearly has a "plaid" setting because I have missed things time and again, and I pride myself on responsiveness and customer care. That is the beginning and end of the business for me, and I know Trent is the same. He has gone above and beyond for me and I respect that massively! If there's an issue, lift the phone, or try him again - I can guarantee you that he wants to talk to you.

Last week I e--mailed (in the middle of the night) and got a response from Josh by 10:00 AM that day. No problem. Great customer service. |
