I have a couple mouthpieces I like that I would like to have re-gold plated. No real issues with Anderson's, who have done other work for me, just curious who else people have used for re-plating? I can say, without mentioning names, that I've had 2 pieces done where the plating didn't last more than a year or so. Don't need a repeat performance. Just looking for other options, Anderson's is the industry standard...

Thanks for the options.

I have tried Thetaplate with very good results - although that was Rhodium plating and not gold. This is the plater for GR mouthpieces.

His prices were super reasonable.

A lot of years ago I had a minor plating job done by Bob Reeves. My job was silver but the website says he offers gold too. If that's convenient it might be worth a call.

I have several mouthpieces that were gold plated by Reeves. However, their gold plating is very light gold. It doesn't look anything like, for example, the gold plating on a Monette mouthpiece. Not even close.

Stork has done several of mine. Outstanding work, quick turnaround, terrific people.
