Got a fine(really fine pro model) horn after driving to LA ,in the case was a card, hidden under the main area. It reads "Victor Zolo and his orchestra, music for all occasions" then in the bottom corner a Hollywood phone number.
My take is this horn was his, the guy I got it from got it 25 years before from "some person in LA"
From what I found on the internet Victor was a studio guy , arranger and player in the LA area, his last performance was at a retired players rehearsal a week before his 101ST BIRTHDAY!
Anybody hear of Mr. Zolo before??? _________________ "There is no necessity for deadly strife" A. Lincoln 1860

He is my step Great Grandfather. What you wrote is true. I am glad you have enjoyed the instrument. I have his piano at my house. _________________ Jason E. Goldstein |
