I do think with Adams that they're a brand that many of us from the US never saw until recently. It's helpful to know that they have a long history in Europe. Part of the challenge now is that we have newer Asian manufacturers (Carol, Jinbao, etc.), house brands (ACB, Dillons), companies that I think are or have been selling under their own name, and then there are a mix of custom makers and makers that assemble or rely on foreign makers for parts of their instrument. With Adams it is nice that they have factory-type videos. For me this is a lot of the fun of trumpet now--there's so much out there to play and enjoy. I'd love to try some of the Adams, just because I think they look cool.

Wow. Came to find out whether to get an A4 or an A4LT and got a lesson in production, imports, and all manner of other stuff! Glad I joined.

I prefer the A4 it's an awesome horn with the right mpc. I just got a 9 dollar Bach megatone 3c mpc copy and it is so compatible with the A4.

Time for us all to sing a rousing chorus of “ STFU”.

Does the 470 bore feel huge on these horns? What about with a 3C type mouthpiece?
