Is anyone familiar with the book, "A Sequel to Musical Calisthenics for Brass"?

Looking at the contents and samples available on amazon, it basically looks like everything has been expanded range-wise (intervals of 9ths, 10ths, 11ths, etc, other exercises moved up to higher ranges).

I'm a loooooong way from this being relevant to me (just started doing the 6 notes last week), but I'm curious if any Caruso students here used similar exercises in your studies.

Some of the exercises are extensions of the exercises in MCFB. Others, such as the flexibility studies, developed intervals, expanding chromatics and tongued intervals, are new. They are based on advanced studies Caruso assigned to Dominic Derasse. I find the intervals and developed intervals to be really useful.
