| I've got a CD recording of "L'Histoire du Soldat" by the Soloists Ensemble of the Bolshoi Theatre. It's on the Vox Allegretto label, but it also has a copyright date of 1981 by Melodiya so I'm assuming it was licensed to Vox by them. Could it be Doshizer on trumpet? According to OJ's Trumpet Page he was the solo trumpet at the Bolshoi from 1945 to 1983 but the personnel are not listed on the CD. Anyone know for sure? |
