I play Curry pieces.
In the past:
Giardinelli (the original ones handmade by Bob Giardinelli)
Bach
Monette
Warburton
Parduba (modern)
... and a bunch of other brands i can't remember.
At the end i come back always to Curry, they fits me best and have the most beautiful sound to my ears. Started with a #2 rim switched to #3 and find my sweet spot on #5.
Other brand i play depending on situations and chops is AR Resonance pieces, really excellent pieces.

Warburton 5m with different backbores for different trumpets to finetune the desired resistance in the blow.
Warburton mouthpieces made me a better player, very nice rim, the 'm' cup to me is good for every style I play: Symphony orchestra, Tiguana Brass, SoulJazz and pop music when I am a recording musician.
Very consistent in 'feel' no matter the mouthpiece is big or small this makes it easy to find out what works for you; not like Bach (3c has a total different feel than 5c) or Yamaha (11B4 feels totally different like the 13B4) very clumsy in my opinion

I play Warburton pre-fire 4 series mouthpieces on most of my horns, but I also have a couple of Stomvi Flex mouthpieces. I use a WB 4D/10 on my cornet, 4FL on my flugel, 4M/7* on my Bach trumpet, and on piccolo I've been using a Warburton 4SV/B9 short shank. On my Getzen Bb, which I spend the most time playing, I use a Stomvi Flex 3FVR/J6 with a Warburton 4 rim.

Love the sound of Bach mouthpieces but don't care for the rims. The Stomvi Flex 3 rims are copies of a Mt. Vernon 3C. After playing it awhile it was a little too sharp on my chops, so I had K.O. at Stomvi-USA thread the Warburton rim onto it and now it's my favorite.

I have traded and accumulated trumpet cornet flugelhorn and just general brass instruments for 61 years, so I have flirted with lot of those examples. But for 50 years my go to for Bb and C trumpets was a Bach 1 1/2 C Symphonic mouthpiece, and occasionally a 1 or 1 C. Similar cups and rims for cornet and flugelhorn, and a shallow Bach cup for Eb/D and Pic.

In the last few years, I got a YTR 8335 first Gen Xeno that came with a Yamaha 16C4 GP and was very pleasantly surprised. Passed along the Xeno, but kept the mouthpiece. About the same time, I got the Eb chair in our brass band, which requires long rehearsals and frequent performances, so I tried a few alternatives and really got to liking the "friendly" bite on those Schilke shallow cups, so I guess I will say that in the last few years, I play the Yamaha 16C4 for most of my Bb trumpet as well as some experimentation with Schilke 16C4 with opened orifices and sleeves, and the 15A4a for Eb's and D and 14A4X on my pics.

Bach 6 Tenor Horn mouthpiece for my Mellophone, Bach 22 Trombone for my Eterna Bass trumpet, Yamaha 16F for flug.

I have a lot of cornets, and use a variety of mouthpieces to suit the cornets, including Bach 1B (or old 1 1/4C) for most of them, Schilke 16B one piece with wide Olds custom shank for my Super and Super Recording, a short shank Yamaha 16E for my Olds A6, a Curry 2D (I think) cup (with many Warburton and Bach cups) with variety of shanks, but particularly a wide Olds shank for the other Olds in my closet!

It is complicated.

Mostly Schilke, have some Bachs and Currys too, but by far Schilke over the years. My first teacher was a Schilke dealer, and he let me play on a lot of Schilke stuff when I was 16 (some trumpets and many mouthpieces - this was in the late 70's), it was very educational for me back then.

I still remember when he got his first X3, became his favorite horn.

I have only ever played on Bach and king/ckb mouthpieces. I am thinking of trying out curry pieces as well as lotus or monette. I am wanting to get away from Bach pieces and see if I can find something that is a bit more secure in the slotting and the intonation.

Right now using a Bach 1.5c Artisan and a 1.5b Megatone. Just ordered a ckb 1.5c off the marketplace to give it a try as I had a 3c ckb that came with my 66 silver flair that gave to a friend.

The glowing reviews on this site made me decide to try Curry mouthpieces. I used to play Schilke. But when I took the horn up again, I decided to start fresh, and I got a 3VC from eBay for cornet -- it felt like it fit perfectly. Then I picked up a used 3BC for trumpet, because I liked the free blowing characteristics of the 3VC. It takes more work than the 3VC, but the rim feels like it fits my lips pretty perfectly. If I pick my Schilke 15 back up, it feels too shallow and like there's a slightly high point on the rim that doesn't feel perfect. (The Schilke 15 also is much brighter than the Curry 3BC.) Brassier in the upper register, which ... I tend to be too strident sounding anyway (probably my lip position as of right now,) so the 3BC is rounding out my tone above the staff.

I also ended up with a Bach 6 with my acquisition recently of an Olds Special trumpet. I'm intrigued. I have recorded myself with it, A/Bing the Curry and the Bach, and they definitely yield slightly different tone. The Curry sounds very "open" and there's almost a bit of magic to it; the Bach 6 sounds similar in brightness/darkness on recording, (there's a bit of extra high frequencies with the Curry that aren't present with the Bach, it sounds bright and dark at the same time) except there's something a bit stuffy or muffled about the tone compared to the Curry. I really want to play the Bach 6, though. Oh! Yes, the Bach 6 is comfortable, but noticeably smaller in diameter than the Curry 3BC.

Since this is all idiosyncratic, I don't know what you can take from it that would help you, but it's data.

Strictly an amateur who loves cornets and a mellow tone, I played a lot of Schilke. They are in my backyard, iconic, and so many varieties. After some research, bought and like the Curry 2DC. Now, for the last couple years my favorite for at home fun is the Denis Wick 4B. It gives me a decent range, easy on the lips, and the tone is so perfect for me.

Like most of us, I have tried dozens of pieces. Austin Custom Brass makes fantastic mouthpieces. I am currently playing the TA1, 3CS, and MV3C in a variety of blanks and acrylic rims/cups.

Like dewey, I have found the Austin Custom Brass mouthpieces to be great and currently use the TA1, 3CS, and 5CS trumpet mps and the TA1MDF flugel mp.
I've played Bach, Curries, Stork and Wedges but only the Wedge comes close to the comfort of the ACB mouthpieces.

None of the above.

ist -= whatever was in the school cornet then as follows

Bach 2 1/2C for cornet
Bach 2 1/2 C for trumpet - always had nice comments about my tone with this mouthpiece but struggled with endurance and flexibility. Haven't had the same comments since I changed.
Giardinelli 7M (recommended by trumpet instructor at jazz camp)
Bach 5V - for about 4 years.

Then a long layoff punctuated by intermittent short comebacks during which the safari involved at various times
Bach 1.5C
Bach 5C
Bach 3C / megatone

than a long layoff until about 3 years ago and then Monette B2s3 for a bit but

Now - Trent Austin TA-1 - have played for the last 2 years. i don't anticipate changing again. For the limited amount of playing I do (an hour a day) it gives me the best combination of tone/range flexibility/endurance. Bought the matching flugel mouthpiece.

I just splurged on a Monette Unity B4s.....

It's pretty good! Will probably ditch it for something else in two months.

A 1940s Martin 8, and a 1940s Martin 10 in my Committee and in my Benge 3x+

I use a 1950s Martin Cornet 7 and a 1960s 'Improved Precision' Conn 4 Cornet mp in my Pocket Cornet.
