Photobucket finally deleted all my photos, so they’re gone from all my posts. I’ve downsized over the past couple years and now have just 4 cornets, the “keepers”. 1962 Conn 9A Victor, 1870 Henry Lehnert SARV, 1890 F. Besson London A/Bb/C, and 1993 Bach Stradivarius large bore 184G.

Those are all real beauties! For my aesthetic preferences, though, that Conn 9A is just about perfect. Shame it had such a limited production run.

Yeah, that 9A is so clean; it's almost like a piece of abstract modern sculpture.

The 9A is a pretty horn, for sure. Plays great, too.

Aren't these insanely good looking?

Blackburn wide wrap Bb Cornet. Just wow. It's a visual blend of long and short cornets in a way that looks stunning. How do these things play and sound?
