I've been listening to this CD several times over the last month.
Very inspiring trumpet playing indeed!
Wonderful tone, phrasing, intonation, everything.
I love listening to Jens on this CD.
I put a CD of Maurice Andre after Jens tonight. Although Maurice is, without a doubt, one of the best ever, the trumpet sound is so good on the CD with Jens that I enjoy it more. The recording is aimed at the trumpet it seems.
If you ever run across this CD, grab it for sure ! Wonderful ! |
