I currently have a bin with dozens of method books, and randomly dispersed concertos, solos, and excerpts. Looking for a better organization method... |

A multi-sectioned 'accordion' style expandable folder - from stationary store - Staples, Office Depot, etc. _________________ Most Important Note ? - the next one !
KNOW (see) what the next note is BEFORE you have to play it.
PLAY the next note 'on time' and 'in rhythm'.
Oh ya, watch the conductor - they set what is 'on time'. |

Everything is in my IPAD Pro so I am always ready to play, waiting for the people trying to find the scores they forgot home 😉 _________________ S’il n’en reste qu’un je serai celui là (Victor Hugo)

My own personal collection had became so cumbersome to sort and move to several new homes over the last few years that I had to have the entire lot made digital Several copies of those files stored on multiple devices and some personal storage in digital planner. Depending on your own collection this may be an option for you.

Looks like a lot of us are not so organized. I have several piles relating to either different horns or different styles of playing. They frequently get mixed up. _________________ Bb: Schilke X3L AS SP, Yamaha YTR-6335S
