Been away from the horn for several years, only playing a few scales every few months to keep the horns exercised.
I have what was described to me when I bought it as the exact same model that Doc Severinsen played circa 2010.
It is model B59ALW sn 136.
I love the horn, but am considering selling it. I sent a note to Shires to get a little info, but kind of doubt they will be replying.
Does anyone know how that model from 2010 compares with the current variety of configurations that Shires still makes?
Anyone interested in possibly purchasing it?

Shires' licensing agreement with Doc required them to sell whatever configuration Doc was actually playing at the time. As Doc liked to "tinker," the configuration changed over the years. One obvious example is the addition of the main tuning slide brace, but there have been other changes. Sorry I can't be more specific.

I have a Destino III Medium bore from two years ago. Love it. Doc designed that one, too.

Of course Shires will answer your email. I correspond with Alex on occasion. She was able to give me the specs on my Shires C prototype, with an early 3XX serial number.
