I'm considering these three horns from Carol Brass:

  • Geoff Winstead
  • Andrea Giuffredi
  • 9395L-RSM

My interests are ease of articulation, and holding together under high pressure or hard blowing. Those are my main two concerns. I know you can't have everything in a horn, and some things counteract others, so I'm sticking with just those two on my wish list.

So does anyone have a recommendation on how those horns match those characteristics?

Thanks

I have owned the AG essentially since they became available. I can answer any questions you may have. I have not played the other two.

The AG will take anything you can give it.

I have had a Giuffredi for a few weeks. Excellent trumpet, don't know why I would ever buy another. Great price, excellent tone and good balance.
