There are multiple possible reasons for that, I'd have to see you play. And/or know a lot more than that about your playing and background.

Agreed. Perhaps provide some detail on the gear you're using (both mp and horn) and maybe how long you've been playing.

With that info, some fellow forum members might be able to point you in a generally not-incorrect direction

And if it's always been that way, or a new development.... and if it's new, have you changed anything recently.

I'd say get a Tuner out and start thinking O for the Mouth if you are a younger player you could be tensing up as you go up. If it is something new and you've been playing for a while watch yourself in a mirror and make sure you aren't scrunching them up. It just sounds like you are changing your embouchure in a bad way when you get to that note.

How would you describe your 'embouchure method' for control of pitch?
Do you strive for some particular embouchure 'style'?

My view is that the goal is lip 'posture' (tension, position, etc.) that ALLOWS vibration at the desired pitch when there is adequate air flow through the aperture.
Assuming the mpc and horn are OK, that means there's something with your lips that causes sharp pitch. Perhaps as simple as aiming too high.

Technique needs to be developed so that pitch 'falls into' the correct slot, versus being 'forced up into' the slot.

Most Important Note ? - the next one !
KNOW (see) what the next note is BEFORE you have to play it.
PLAY the next note 'on time' and 'in rhythm'.
Oh ya, watch the conductor - they set what is 'on time'.
