Looking for replacement valve washers

What's a good resource for valve bumper washers? I got some new felt washers for under the top cap for my Getzen Eterna and I did a jury-rigged refurbishment on the top washers by decompressing the felt by going around them with a nut pick from the side - the valves are a lot quieter but I'm guessing in 2023 there's probably something better than felt washers - likely silicone. The top washers on my King Silver Flair are some kind of rubber and at least appear to be in like new condition.

Suggestions?

You can get complete Getzen "tune up" kits on e-bay.

You can get just the stem felts and top valve cap pads at

The problem - felts and bumper washers are cheap - shipping is not so it's a good idea to find some other things to order at the same time. Bottle of valve oil - something to take the sting out of the $10 + shipping charge.
