I just found this source that is marketing groovy-looking soundproof rooms. I'm sure they are very expensive, but it's an intriguing idea:

There are a number of companies that offer these types of booths. It's a good idea, but takes up a ton of space and are very expensive.

Silent Brass system is cheaper. Might provide a better sound.

Well. it's a far cry from reducing speech levels that could be overheard outside the pod to a trumpet practicing.

I think you missed the point. These rooms are where you put your house mates when they start complaining about your trumpet being too loud. That way you won’t have to listen to them.
