This is such an important topic and there are so many different schools of thought, exercises, etc., that I thought it might make an interesting topic worthy of a separate section.

A virtual breathing "more air", and tongue in charge buffet already exists in the Claude Gordon, Stamp, Bill Adam, Chicago forums plus about 50% of the open forum is crowded with the air and tongue advocates.
Just start a thread or ask a question and you will get blown over or ahhh eee or a delivery pizza sent to your door from the passionate air and tongue advocates.
Be careful though all of that expiration "blowing" has a flip side. There is a coresponding increase in inhalation "sucking" that you might become victim to if you over develop or put too much faith in some of those teachings.
Another breathing, air, wind song, tongue forum and the TH forum might collapse from all of the vacuum.

Citizen Jake,
Do I know you, were you an inhabitant on my planet at the time of the great implosion? It was very strange on that day the walls came down there was a 50% increase in home pizza deliveries! Holy pepperoni there is a Pizza Hut driver knocking at my door at this very moment, and he wants correct change! My bat senses detect a weakening of the structure surrounding this very forum from the low pressure areas being created here. I must fly now, gotta get the bat blower cranked up, just g o t - t o o b r e a k - t h i s - V A C U U M!

I try not to do these kind of posts, but Sir PH -- I was lauging out loud at your quip!
ROTFLOLCMS -- rolling on the floor lauging out loud clutching my stomach! Maybe just relief from the stress of the week (and before the weekend to come), but thank you for your sense of humour!
Gotta' go hunt some change now -- a lot of it!
Take care - Don _________________ Don Herman/Monument, CO

Finally got rid of the pizza citizen, he made a crack about my ears and I gave him a sharp rap on his head with an old Bach 11/2 D I use for a......... well, never mind, the last straw was he didn't accept Batscover cards. I had a thought while I was eating the last piece of my pie......how about a smiley face forum or a hee hee forum? Histrumpet could be the moderator, afterall he has been identified as the resident jester. HOw 'bout it HIS?
Ever joking

Dude,
you are crazy as a bat, I'm afraid I don't have the temperment to be a moderator, I prefer to let someone else run this zoo! You got one thing right, I can take a little humor from time to time. Congrats on your victory over the lung, looking forward to whatever is coming next. |

I have a suggestion Quadruple C and comebackkid could be prime candidates as moderators for the hee hee forums and the smiley face forums. Those two have been "heavyweight" hee hee members since way back!
