It starts on the low C below the staff, and then goes up the scale:

C D E F G A B C

No sharps or flats on the trumpet because it's a bflat instrument.

Unless I totally missed what this topic was about...

I thought you had to transpose it up a tritone then back done a 6th then leave out the 3 and 5th notes of the scale. Guess I've been playing it wrong all these years!!
