Hey all, have any of you guys heard the Timofei Dokshitzer version of Rhapsody in Blue? I have that CD and think it's just incredible, I was wondering if you guys know if that was ever published, I've looked everywhere and can't find any trumpet arrangements on that piece. I greatly appreciate ya'lls help. |

Robert King Music has a database you can search and order this piece. I like the piece, also, but don't think I can play it. Good Luck |

I have never heard this one. Where can I get the cd? I love Rhapsody In Blue and would love to hear it on trumpet. Thanks, Brian. |

Is Dokschitzer's arrangement the same as Sergei Nakariakov's? I've heard Sergei's and really enjoyed it.
(Although I always have trouble spelling their names)

Well, I never heard Sergei's version, I wouldn't be amazed if it's the same, but the CD I have is called Trumpet Rhapsody and it's a Timofei Dokshitzer CD. Thanks for all the info!! |
