Three of my 3rd year (junior) BM performance students have their junior recital tomorrow night. They will close the concert with the Mendez trio - Kiko! I am trying to convince them to do some of the cool horn moves that Mendez and his boys did. They haven't committed yet. Guess I'll hvae to wait and see!

They did the piece from memory, with all the cool horn flashes! It was great, and the audience loved it! I'm so proud of my guys!
