Today, we lost a legend. Linton Garner passed away quietly in his sleep at 88 years of age. Linton was a trumpet player with the Fletcher Henderson Orchestra, that switched to piano. He is the brother of Erroll Garner and a solid member of jazz history. Linton was a beautiful soul that will be missed by everyone that knew him. I hung out with him alot and learned so much from him by just being around him. Please post a "candle" in memory of the great, late Linton Garner.....
