I would recommend the above to any trumpet player.
It isn't a method book as such, more of a reference book.

ummm...I dont know. I dont have to order it internationally. Look for it in a search engine like google or something. Yahoo shopping might have it too. http://www.amazon.com has it I think.

I think that there will be some means of ordering this book directly from Howard Snells new website soon. http://www.rakewaymusic.co.uk
