Does anyone know if the Mendez arrangement of Malaguena by Sarasate for Bb trumpet is available? If so, where can I purchase it.

The Rafael Mendez Library contains a manuscript trumpet part for his arrangement of it, but there are no parts or scores for an accompaniment. My guess is that he sketched something but for some reason didn't complete it.
