I got addicted to the Stamp warmups/studies in Undergrad because it made my playing feel a lot better for the rest of the day. After doing this consistently for a couple months I noticed I had made huge improvements in range, flexibility, and endurance. I only use the beginning of the book, but having never studied with a student of Stamp, I would still stay my experience was overwhelmingly positive. I don't play all that often anymore, but when I do I always start with some stamp exercises.
