I sure hope you find a couple. I tried this several years ago with no response. I also tried Robert King and others to locate a copy without success.
My favorite practice routine was given to me by Al Cass and used etudes throughout the Harry James book. I haven't been able to recreate the same effect with other etudes.
BTW, the routine was extremely strenuous and we lovingly named it for Al, calling it the Cardiac Arrest Super Special.
