Here are my tweets of jazz. Maybe someone will be interested. I play the trumpet myself and listen to all the musicians. Enjoy!

Phil Grenadier: Shimmer
Ian Carey: Interview Music A Suite for Quintet +1
Avishai Cohen: Cross My Palm with Silver

This last Saturday, I drove down to LA and listened to two sets of Roy Hargrove's Quintet at the Catalina Bar and Grill! They were off the hook both sets!!!!

Just finished listening to Rafael Mendez on vinyl... the album is titled "The World's Most Versatile Trumpeter And His Orchestra" Reading the liner notes on the back there is a line that says it all IMO... "To hear Rafael Mendez is to experience a sense of the spectacular".

Since Halloween, Oingo Boingo. My kids are just now old enough to appreciate an old-school rowdy rock band with horns.
