This is not my horn, but I think it's kind of cool. It's one of those transitional Beneges that are stamped Burbank with out a street address.

To my knowledge, these were made at the LA factory, not Anaheim, and not Burbank. One of the rarest, and according to some, not the most desirable. And that opinion I find suspect.

Just a cool horn, and I've never seen one like this.

The are four or five Burbank Benges on eBay right now. Funny how they come in waves.

What's interesting about this is the Burbank stamp on the bell without the address and the monel valves. As far as I know, the valves in this period were nickel-plated brass. Monel wasn't used for valves until the mid-70's.

No serial numbers on those valves either. Makes me think they've either been refurbished or are not original.

Still, cool transition horn with no street address on the Burbank stamp.

Check out the wide maybe "French bead" on the rim of this Burbank Benge. Kinda cool, and different.

Like I said the market is flooded with Burbank Benges right now. None of them are super minty, but there are a bunch of them.
