How would the owner maintain the finish on such a beautiful instrument? _________________ 1985 Bach 37

Brushed raw brass will patina over time |
Thanks. How would you maintain brushed raw brass before it gets the patina, Ewan? Wax?

You can wipe the horn down after you play it, or use a wax coating.
In general, though, if you don't want the brass to patina, you're better off getting it lacquered or plated. _________________ www.divitt-trumpets.com

Yeah, I think I'll get it lacquered. Thanks! _________________ 1985 Bach 37
