| Some years back a trumpeter named Matt Shulman marketed a device called the Shulman System. It was a device that held the horn for you and encouraged the body to play relaxed. I purchased one and used it a lot. I believe it was based on Matt's experience with the Alexander Technique. Matt changed his name in 2009 to Matt Von Roderick. |

| If you Google ‘Ethan Kind’ he has a book on the Alexander Technique which is adapted for musicians including trumpet players. It isn’t a short book so may not be what you want! |
