Looks like the exact same Chinese cheapie "stencil horn" that goes under a number of different names. If the RB horn plays like the Chinese flugels I've had it should be fine.

It should be fine, for what exactly?

The differences even between two top quality pro flugels can be quite large, and the question didn't even tell you what sort of use it would be put to, so how can you possibly know if it will be 'fine' or not?

For playing any music that someone might care to play with a flugelhorn.

Tried one a few days ago.
That one has good intonation also above the staff. Quite dark, but not too much.
Mid resistance. Two leadpipes, but I tried only one. Maybe my friend will give me it for some days...
