Score for the Arutunian concerto

Does anybody have a score for the Arutunian concerto? I'm playing with a band but, an orchestra score will work. I don't think I'm going to be able to play it unless the conductor can come up with a part.

If you mean the full orchestral score, it is only available by hire. That and the orchestral parts cannot be purchased. one can only buy the piano reduction and solo part...
