Friends:
I am looking forba couple good Ennio Morricone arrangements that can be adapted for trumpet and piano, maybe a little organ, on the following pieces:
1. Sundown, from Fistful of Dollars (where he shows up and kills the bad guys);
2. Trio, from Good Bad and the Ugly (three person standdown scene).
Both were played beautifully by Michele Lacerenza. I would like to play them at a recital. Suggestions appreciated. Tespectfully,

Jonathan

Don't have anything on those pieces, but there are some other Mariccone pieces you might want to check out:

Love Theme from Cinema Paradiso. There is a beautiful arrangement by Bob Zattola in Stardust: Standards for Trumpet Volume 4 published by Music Minus One.

Gabriel's Oboe (from the movie The Mission). I don't have an arrangement of this piece yet, but it is on my list of things to get.

Warm regards,
Grits

Here is a similar post,and a response I made to the post several years ago. Check out all of the web sites I listed. You should be able to get most of the music that you are looking for.

It took me eons to find that music. I would copy what I had and mail it to you, but I gave up the trumpet several months ago and let it all go to the person who bought my horn. The trumpet music played during the duel scenes is alot of fun to play.

I've seen some of the tunes mentioned on MuseScore.
