I bit the inside of my lip and it's sore. Any tips on healing, play or rest etc

The inside of the lip heals pretty quickly. If it hurts, I'd stay off of it for a day.

We've all done it from time to time. I've had more problems biting the inside of my cheeks since having my wisdom teeth removed.

From long ago and two sources, Doc Rheinhart and a local dentist, mucus membrane inside your mouth helas faster when dry. The recommendation was to coat it with tincture of benzoiin. That's what I always use successfully. You can get it at your corner drug store.
