I got called to do a Brass Quintet gig for a graduation in June and was wondering if any one has recommendations on editions or if there is a book out there with a collection of ceremonial music. They want basic graduation stuff.

Thanks

Simple processional music.

As always, Jay has some great music to share...

I did a Pomp and Circumstance for quartet that gives everyone enough rest to not kill everyone. Most people expect to hear this at a graduation and I've used it for a graduating class of 300+. I'll adapt it for quintet and provide it to you if you'll send me an address.

I forgot to mention that the beauty of this arrangement is that these four tunes may be played segue (back to back, without break between tunes) and that the set may be infinitely repeated giving the quintet many practical options for its use.
