Worried is a term without any positive or active connotation.
You need to be aware, and have concern that if these symptoms do not stop you will need to take some action. Worry will do nothing i that is al you do.
I would firstly treat your face just like any other body part suffering an injury from use / over use. Ice it down, get blood flow happening, and REST. After that, you may need to decide to have longer rest, see a doctor, etc.
Right now, it's look after your face.
cheers

My impression is that you've had a practice routine in the past and that this has not happened to you before. If my impression is accurate then it would seem to be a fresh injury of some sort. Give yourself time to recuperate (maybe a week). Then start in again but take it slow. If you continue to experience this in the normal course of playing you should consult a physician. _________________ HERMOKIWI |
