Hello,
A shop in Spain just told me that the Yamaha artist model New york b flat is not possible to buy it from Yamaha anymore, that they stopped making it.
I see it in the european yamaha webpage and the USA page, but again they tell me is imposible for them to sell it.

Anyone knows something ?

The 2nd Generation 9335NYS trumpet has replaced the older model. The 1st generation of the Bb and C- Chicago/NY Trumpets are no longer being produced.

The 9335NYSII, YS or YL is what you are looking for.

They told me Yamaha is no longer selling 9335NYSII.
May be they don’t sell it anymore in Europe ?

Thomann's website indicates they'll have it in-stock in 2–5 days.

Yes Thomann have them, also another shop, but that other shop told me that they are difficult to get from Yamaha Europe cause Yamaha is now building the vizzuti model, so nobody knows if after that the New York will be in production, but right now there is no stock in “Yamaha Europe”.
In my case I want to try it, that’s why Thomann is not an option.

Another different shop told me that Yamaha does not facilitate for them to have them in stock and that’s a shame, if we can not try horns in shops why do we need distributors in each country? Why do we need shops? Yamaha could use internet and sell and send them from the factory, the point about having shops in your city is been able to try the instrument, and for that the shops need help from the brands.

Pd: I don’t know why Yamaha been such a big company does not like Apple does with their own shops through the world.

After trying the New York i understand why a lot of people are buying it instead of the typical Bach.

I had a pretty decent Bach 37 and I divorced it for my Yamaha New York about 3 months ago now. When I was a kid I played the New York model at a yamaha demo and thought it was great but way overpriced. Being an adult with the desire to always play my best my views of the investment into my equipment have changed and I want to play the BEST that I can afford to. I am loving it more and more every time I play it.
