Hello all,
I have a stencil Connqueror 40B? I believe but does not have the rimless bell, as such would this still be classed as a vocalbell or not? And what are the differences between the trumpets and cornets? Mine is stamped Harlem and plays incredibly well considering it must have considerable age to it, better than some modern horns imho. It still has the fluted valve casing and Selmer style finger hook and those unusual water keys. Any advice or thoughts would be very welcome Thank you.

| I didn't know Conn did stencils during that period, I always assumed those horns were a copy of the Vocabells. But it does appear to be a Vocabell 40B without the rimless bell, very interesting. |

Thank you for replying, it is appreciated! I have not had the opportunity to test a rimless version so am unsure how different they are though this is very nice. |
