I read that it may be out of print.

I've also read that it may be known as "Sinfonietta for Brass Quintet" by Lennie Niehaus.

If this is the right piece you may be able to borrow it from a library.

That first movement is very Cheetham-esque.... a la his Scherzo. Wonder who got there first... The Sinfonietta would be a fun piece to play.

I've verified that the brass camp I periodically attend has it in their library. But I don't believe they have a policy of lending the way the big universities do.
