I placed an order with KGU Brass, paid $65.00 and I've got nothing to show for it. I initially paid them on 4 May and more than enough time has passed.
I have sent KGU Brass three emails, two "Contact Us" web-site messages and two trumpet forum posts over the past couple of weeks, and have not received even the most perfunctory reply, much less my order or a $65.00 refund.
Use them if you want but I thought I should share with any potential customers my experience.

Bought some bits from them a while back...
No issues getting what I'd paid for, but quality was nothing to write home about - maybe it's improved but at the time I didn't feel it was especially great value, just goods at the cheaper end of the scale and "you get what you pay for" quality-wise. |
