I really wish that the marketplace was limited to individuals selling stuff, rather than music stores/business folks doing so. I think that's the spirit of what the marketplace was originally used for. The free advertising is a little annoying...buy a banner ad and stick to it. We all know you exist.

TubeNet has solved this issue by requiring merchants to be sponsors of the forum before they can sell stuff.
