I played a 70s bach for the longest time, and I switched over to a 50th anniversary. The difference was night and day for me personally. There was much more core to the sound, and everything slotted better for me!

Perhaps because he is now using the 50th anniversary Bach?

Unless he/she owns 2, this “night and day...much more core to the sound...everything slotted better” anniversary model is now for sale in the marketplace, after 5 posts.

I'm switching to another 50th anniversary that I found that plays a bit better for me! :)

I love the sound of the 50th Anniversary model and am wondering about it's weight.

Can one feel the difference between this and the weight of, say, a Yamaha Z, Schilke or Benge?

I can’t say exactly what the weight of the 19037 is. It’s a little heavier than my lt180s77. A bit lighter than my 1970s vintage 37. Maybe a bit lighter than the artisan Bb. Probably heavier than a Benge.
