qPress publishes, "Lip Training Exercises," by Lozano but it contains nothing about a non-pressure system. The response from qPress is that they, "... do not see [this work] in any public collection in the world, ..."

Any clues?

One of my teachers studied with Pedro Lozano. "Lip Training" is the only book by Lozano I can ever recall using. If you are able to learn more about that book please post an update! Thanks.
