Got a pair of epidural steroid injections yesterday and walking better, at least for awhile I hope. I had a three level fusion 21 months ago and been feeling like I’m walking on someone else’s legs ever since. Legs feel heavy, weak, cramps.

Taking tons of OTC meds and doing some (not enough) stretching. Expecting to receive an inversion bed Monday because I’ve read they can help loosen up up the spine.

We’ll see.

If you’re in the Stenosis Club, what works best for you? Does it affect your playing. Doesn’t mine, except that I can barely get to the car after sitting through a gig.
