Thanks for the link. I was a big Ellis Marsalis fan when I lived in New Orleans a few decades ago. He performed often at the old Tyler's Beer Garden on Magazine Street just a few blocks from where I lived on Jefferson Avenue. I always enjoyed his music and the atmosphere at Tyler's was very relaxed and perfect for an easy evening out!

I've heard him - always with a good supporting cast - at Sung Harbor in New Orleans on several occasions. It's always worth the price of admission.
Delfayo Marsalis frequently plays at Sung Harbor with a big band, although I've not been able to catch that show. I have seen Delfayo with a combo there, and it was a very good show.
Take care,

I'll be seeing him at Snug Harbor at the end of the month! Thanksgiving in New Orleans. Can't wait. _________________ Yamaha 8310Z trumpet
