The only time I encounter a double buzz is if I'm playing a large diameter deep mouthpiece (Bach 1X) and I've been playing for several hours. In particular in that situation, if I play a high note (High C range) and immediately tongue a low note (Low C in particular, but also Middle G and Middle G#), I'll get a double buzz.

Doesn't happen to me when I'm playing on a Mt Vernon 3C diameter mouthpiece or a Reeves 43 diameter mouthpiece.
