1962 Buescher Aristocrat. It will blend well enough with the Bach that it won't stand out, and you still get what you want out of it going high.

I don't expect singers to all have matching vocal cords. And in general, I don't expect brass players to have matching horns or mouthpieces. Certainly, there are outliers that sometimes have to be managed but only once in all my years have I seen it addressed by using (or avoiding) Bach or some other particular brand. The one time was when a lead player was encouraged to bring in his Benge in place of his preferred horn, the brand of which I probably needn't mention. _________________ "I'm an engineer, which means I think I know a whole bunch of stuff I really don't."
